World Class Facility
The SecureBackup™ service utilizes proprietary backup servers located in a secure facility in Houston, Texas.
This facility contains the most sophisticated network operating center in the world and controls two data centers. Both of these data centers feature the highest security measures, 24-hour manned monitoring, and a fully redundant network.
The network connects 30,000 servers to over 25 Gigabits of Internet bandwidth. It serves a mind-boggling 1.5% of all U.S. Internet traffic over multiple Gigabit links to the Internet. These links are provided by Time Warner, Verio, Cogent, Williams, Allegiance, MFN, Savvis, and ELI.
Backup generators, redundant UPS, and environmental systems are employed at both data centers.
Using a strategic combination of proprietary and commercial systems including FireSlayer™ Anti-DOS protection and TippingPoint intrusion prevention, this facility keeps your backup server online and your data backups secure.
